Chris Brown Talks About Rihanna Assault

chris brow
Rihanna's first television interview aired on Good Morning America on Thursday and Chris Brown's MTV interview will air on Friday. During the interview, Chris will once again address the incident that changed both their lives back in February.

"My thoughts [when I look back on it now] is like, 'Why did it happen?' Like, 'What was I thinking? What is wrong with you?' That's what I'm thinking with myself. That's what my thoughts are, basically, now," Chris says during the interview.

The incident that took place led to Brown being sentenced to 5 years probation and hundreds of hours of community service. Chris however, admits that he is ready to move forward with his life.

"It's like, 'How do we get past it? How do you, Chris' – talking to myself – 'how do you go from point A to point B? How do you learn from your mistakes, turn it into a positive and help other people with the situation, and at the end of the day become the person that you want to be?' "

During the interview Sway Calloway asks Brown what triggered the assault to which he replied, "Just anger … Yeah, anger … Young people, we do before we think."

Chris is currently in group therapy to help him manage his anger.

"Like, I think with my fans, they still love me, they support me, definitely. You have those people who will support you. So it's kinda like 50/50 for me. I got the people that will come out and support and then the people that don't wanna see me do anything. They basically want me in jail."

Both Chris and Rihanna have albums coming out soon, hence the reason they are both speaking out about the assault. Will you support Chris Brown and buy his album?

Right after ABC announced they’d be airing the exclusive Rihanna interview this Thursday on Good Morning America, all of a sudden Chris has one airing on MTV on Friday.

In the one-on-one, Chris sits down with MTV correspondent Sway to discuss what he’s learned from the incident. Didn’t we already hear all of this anyway?

Chris Brown: The Interview, premieres on MTV this Friday, November 6th. Check out a clip below.

Rihanna Says She and Chris Were "Dangerous"

Rihanna will be speaking candidly for the first time since her attack tomorrow on Good Morning America. And one of the things she will reportedly address is sort of relationship she and Chris Brown had.

She says to Diane Sawyer, "The more in love we became, the more dangerous we became for each other. This happened to me ... it can happen to anyone.”

Rihanna also tells Diane that her life changed dramatically from that one night to the next morning. "I felt like I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears,” she says.

“That was the level of media chaos that happened the next day. It was like, What, there are helicopters circling my house? There are 100 people in my cul-de-sac? What do you mean, I can't go back home?"

She also addresses the bruised and battered picture that leaked of her onto the internet. "That is not a photo you would show to anybody," she says. "I felt completely taken advantage of. I felt like people were making it into a fun topic on the Internet, and it's my life."

But if there’s one thing Rihanna has learned this year, it’s that you can’t trust many people. "My friends and family have been extremely supportive, and everyone has been there for me. But at some point you are there alone. It's a lonely place to be -- no one can understand," she says. "That's when you get close to God."

Rihanna Talks About How She Coped With Assault

Rihanna is finally speaking out about the Chris Brown assault that took place in February. She spoke to Glamour Magazine about the incident and how much attention she got afterwards.

"I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears," Rihanna tells Glamour in its December issue. "That was the level of media chaos that happened the next day."

She adds: "The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that. I want to give as much insight as I can to young women, because I feel like I represent a voice that really isn't heard."

In regards to the infamous leaked photo of Rihanna looking bruised and battered, she said, "That is not a photo you would show to anybody.".

"I felt completely taken advantage of . . . like people were making it into a fun topic . . . and it's my life. I was disappointed, especially when I found out the photo was [supposedly leaked by] two women."

Rihanna will also be speaking to Diane Sawyer on Good Morning America on Thursday. During that interview she talks about Chris being her first love. Rihanna's new album hits stores on November 23 so we will be seeing a lot of the singer in the coming month.

Rihanna to Break Her Silence on Good Morning America

rihannaRihanna is going to break her silence for the first time since her attack last February.

According to Access Hollywood, the singer will speak with Diane Sawyer on Good Morning America this Thursday.

Rihanna’s rep confirmed that the interview will also be featured on Friday night’s 20/20. This coincides the release of her new album, “Rated R,” which will hit shelves on November 23rd.

Promos began running today on ABC that read: "Rihanna: Music superstar. Pop sensation. Now for the very first time, Rihanna tells her story.”

This is one interview we do not want to miss! We’re sure Chris Brown is thinking the same thing.

Chris Brown Reaches Out to Rihanna

Chris Brown isn't legally allowed to contact his ex girlfriend Rihanna, but there's no rules against him reaching him out to her via Twitter.

According to Popeater, Chris posted a link on his Twitter page to a song that clearly reminded him of his ex. "IM SORRY YALL. JUST HAD TO POST IT."

The couple broke up back in February after he attacked her at a Pre-Grammy party, and while he isn't allowed to contact her, she's clearly still on his mind.

Chris Brown Still Feeling the Heat From Rihanna Incident

Chris Brown is trying to move on with his life following his very public attack on ex girlfriend Rihanna back in February, but he just can't seem to get past his very big mistake.

Chris says he's been trying to make amends since the incident, but finds it really difficult because he's still getting a lot of heat about the attack.

He said: “I’m human. If people feel a certain way, I’m not going to say they’re wrong. But it’s not right to judge somebody when people make mistakes all the time.

He added, “I’ve learned from my mistakes and I’m learning from them. And I regret every moment, every second of it.”

It doesn't help that he's still in love with Rihanna either! He added in an interview with New York radio station Hot 97: “We’ve been friends since I was like 15, we got serious when I was like 17.

“Feelings are feelings and they don’t go away overnight, especially if you sit down and are like, ‘Look, I’m going to really be in this relationship with you, whatever the case, past our busy schedules, past us being two of the biggest artists.’ I really care about her.”

While a restraining order would prevent them from meeting or talking again, Chris said he would do things differently if he got another chance with her.

Chris said: “I won’t let you down anymore. That was one of the most embarrassing things for me, because of my image and who I was as a young role model to a lot of kids. It was hard for me.”

Sounds like someone's still feeling the massive backlash. A lot of Chris' fans abandoned him after he attacked Rihanna, and most of them had a hard time forgiving him for it. Did you?
